: For a party of 5 this is so ideal to go to, given the amazing view it has along with the beautiful sound of waves throughout the day. Nothing can go wrong with this place. They have each and everything stocked for you to use, you literally can find a lot more things in the apartment than what they mention on their listing. Most importantly you can’t find a better place in Maui for this cost. Made our trip very memorable
: The only backdrop would be location, you will have to drive a bit to go on the the other part the island where most of the major tourist attractions are but given the size of the island we didn’t mind the drive at all.

: Nice kitchen, view of ocean is fantastic, the location is ok - not too far from the beaches. Unit came with a cooler, beach chairs, mats and a boogie board. There was also beach umbrellas too but it was too windy so we couldn’t use them. Also have washer and dryer in unit.
: Bed mattresses are too soft and probably outdated . We saw a cockroach in the kitchen on our last night so it was quite unpleasant. No AC but lots of fans throughout the unit so it’s not as bad. The property does have a pool but doesn’t have a jacuzzi, which might be useful after spending a day driving around the island.

: The beds were nice and comfy and clean. The bathrooms were great. The view was spectacular.
: The carpet was filthy. Big stains and spots all around the living room and dining room. The rooms smelled musty.

: Loved the condo. Photos make it look like it’s facing the other condo block - it’s not - the view is outstanding. Older style building and updated condo; it’s got everything you need and then some. Super comfy and homely. Kitchen is fully equipped. Pool area immaculately kept. Loved being away from Kaanapali, this area was so much more peaceful and real.
: Leaving it. Minor gripes - Elevator had a couple of issues where it didn’t like leaving a floor. Didn’t get checkin details sent in advance by leasing agency. As with much of Hawaii, beach has been erosion impacted over the past year.

: Easy access to property with key code. Assigned parking in underground garage. Beautify ocean view from main bedroom, living room and lanai. Kitchen was very well equipped with all cooking essentials and oils/herbs/spices, etc.
: Lanai door wouldn't lock, due to bent aluminum catch in door jamb. Didn't have any issues, but didn't feel comfortable with out lock while we were out.
