  : Red Rest service was the slowest I have almost every experienced. The servers were nice and may have thought it was fine as they never every apologized for how painfully slow everything was. For example, it took 20-30 mins to get a server at the table. After ordering something like a drink or appetizer, it would be another 20-30 mins before the drink or appetizer. I had breakfast there last Sat & Sunday, I also had dinner there Friday & Sat evenings.Also, the elevators were the worlds slowest, both the one that was operating the reception and mezzanine levels as well as the room elevators. The escalators in not operating most of the weekend.For those two reasons alone, I will likely not return to the Pacific Palms Resort.

  : Property seemed unprepared and understaffed for a huge corporate outing they were hosting. The bar/restaurant had one bartender for about 150 customers. It was a complete madhouse. We ordered a club sandwich to share; asked the bartender for plates and napkins but that request was ignored. I know that he was under a lot of stress, but his attitude wasn’t helping matters.

  : I didn’t like that I was promised a view and got a view of a AC unit and a whole bunch of trash all over the floor, another family member booked after me and got a better room and a way better view made me feel like they pick and choose who they want to help lady that was helping me was very rude for no reason I always book here always been my go to hotel and this time I was very disappointed, roaches everywhere in the lobby in the elevator and this suppose to be a fancy hotel.

  : Semi cleaned room every day but not the bed linens. My wife accidentally spilled some red wine on the sheets and they simply made the bed up each day without changing

  : 15 min of our arrival, i receive a phone call front front desk about noise complain, and we were not making noise. front desk clerk was unprofessional.

  : The size of the room was great. The bar downstairs was also great. I was impressed by the amount of equipment the gym had. The staff was very helpful and checkin was smooth.
  : The room was dirty. There was small pieces of trash from a previous guest and quite a bit of dust on baseboards as well as the corners of the carpet, etc. I dropped something and could see stuff under the bed as well- needs a thorough cleaning. Property has a lot of potential with the size of the rooms. Could use a renovation and new carpet. Property has a lot of potential with the size of the rooms.
