  : The mattresses are obviously very old!! Please consider replacing them. We thank you for bringing us some egg crate toppers. It made them slightly more comfortable. But beds are not meant to make that much noise when rolling over. Like it wakes you up every time.

  : The house was amazing, the guys at Global Homes Resorts were great, the house was huge, clean, bright, private pool was nice but the main public pool was exceptional, great for the young kids and my parents who are a little older, very friendly environment.
  : Not Global Homes's fault but on both weekends from Friday at 2pm until 3, 4 am through to Monday, until the Sherriff came to put a stop to it, it was like being at a live music concert, hip hop, R&B, groups of 20 + adults next door partying and shouting, arguing, shouting, drugs, again not the resorts fault but wasn't good for our 3, 4 and 7-year-olds. Again, everyone deserves to do what they want on holiday, but I booked thinking it would be a quiet, family resort.

  : House is ran down. Concrete holes in the pool. Pool light is not in place (dangerous). Mold on trim near patio door. Rug is approximately 20 years old and dirty. Time to update.

  : This is a nice, secure property. We had to book within 48 hours due to a last minute cancellation on our previous rental. For a last minute rental it was great. However they advertise many things that are not totally right. The house was very big, great, plenty of beds for everyone. The pillows are AWFUL we went to Walmart and bought some they were so bad. Also the pool in the backyard is deceptive. The angle makes it look like a good size. It’s TINY more like the size of a double hot tub. We only used it once the community pool was awesome however. Also note, there is a game room. IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE it’s SO expensive and not maintained. Playing pool is $1 a game (which is fine) but they have 5 pool cues and 4 of them have no tips so are worthless. Guitar hero (which we played) was $4 a game! PER PERSON! Also note they have huge speed bumps in the community. We actually had a Fiat as one of our cars and on the way home the axle broke which we think was caused by the giant speed bumps. We also found the cleaning done prior to our arrival was not great. For example my mothers bed was made up with hospital corners and when she got in, there was a playing card at her feet. Not from us, we had just arrived. Also dirty walls that we had to wipe down and food left in a drawer from a previous renter. All in all we had a nice visit. I probably wouldn’t book this exact resort again but it was Ok for this visit.
