  : Location is great and the property is functional and comfortable.
  : No welcome pack, after a 16 hour journey only thing to greet us was a couple Bin bags and dishwasher tablets and a rule book! It Would have been nice to have had small coffee/tea/milk/water to greet us instead of having to go shopping immediately upon arrival. The master bedroom bathroom had lots of long black hair everywhere, and they werent mine.The interior decor and outside furniture are dated and worn.The games room is also lacking as the air hockey doesnt work properly and the games console is still Xbox 360.

  : It was near our scheduled events in our itinerary.
  : Minor things.. The restrooms were not very clean. Not sure if they were sanitized or not when we got there. I sanitized them myself. Had to call maintenance for the upstairs restroom door, did not fully lock. Also the master downstairs sink stopper to get fixed. The toilet in downstairs master, the water kept running. The inside of the pool wall didn't look clean. After it got fixed. Overall everything else was in good condition. I do recommend this home for your vacation family stay. It worked perfectly for our two families. Communicating with the owners and maintenance was fast and easy. My family and my friend's family were extremely satisfied with our 7-day stay.

  : Location was good, size of house and pool were good with added bonus of a games room.
  : The property was generally tired and grubby. The external sliding doors had broken handles and were very difficult to open. The kitchen lacked equipment, the units were flimsy and the majority of the dinnerware was melamine. There wasnt a table that could accommodate 10 people together despite the house being for 10 people. The air conditioning in one of the childrens room didnt work. In the pool spa the edge of the seating was rough causing grazes to the legs. The pool furniture needs attention as the table , despite our best efforts to stabilise it, wobbled and we couldnt leave drinks on it.

  : Location, close to Walmart, Ross, TJ Max, Restaurants and Disney all parks are approximately 15 minutes away. The house is a good size for large families.
  : When I arrived at the house, the water for bath was very warm and considering it was winter, the bath was almost cold, there was a leak in the toilet and sink was blocked, the hair dryyers werent working and the oven only 2 burners were working, the extractor fan works very poorly, we went to grill 4 burgers and the fire alarm went off but there wasnt that much smoke for it, we gave up and went to eat at the restaurant, but what bothered us most was the number of notices all over the house, you even feel bad about using the house, we werent confortable.

  : This is a very nice place. The location is excellent for all the Disney parks and Disney Springs and doesn't require Mr. Toad's wild ride on I4 to get there! The guard gate is well tended and requires a check in process before the first entry. After that, a bar code must be scanned to enter. The security is great and makes it much safer. The home itself has a security system as well. The home is nice. It is well kept for the most part and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are nice and the private pool/spa is awesome! There are also plenty of towels for the pool area. There is a grill on the back porch that works well too! There is a game room replacing the garage, but we didn't utilize it much. The house was clean and comfortable and we are already planning our next stay there!
  : There were a few things that could be improved. They didn't affect our stay and certainly won't hinder our returning. I texted the local contact, but got no response. The owner did respond (and was very good at communicating) and I'm sure will make some corrections. The security system woks only intermittently. One of the sofas has three sections and the middle section is broken. The kitchen utensils are nice, but well worn. The property does have broken/loose tiles (especially in the living room) and do move under your feet. The TV does work and have popular channels, but I would recommend a firestick or such. There is a small hole in the netting over the back porch/pool and you will occasionally find a squirrel enjoying the amenities as well. Once again, small stuff that will NOT affect your having a grand time here!
