  : I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Margaritaville Resort during my family's spring break vacation, and I must say, it was extremely disappointing. Despite the enticing images on their website, which showcased amenities like water slides, the reality was far from what was advertised.Firstly, the pool area lacked any form of service. We waited for a server for over an hour and forty-five minutes, only to be met with rude and unprofessional attitudes when they finally arrived. This lack of service severely impacted our enjoyment of the facilities.Furthermore, the constant pressure to purchase a timeshare upon entering the lobby was overwhelming and off-putting. It felt like we were being harassed rather than welcomed to the resort.Overall, I strongly advise against choosing Margaritaville Resort for your vacation destination. It was one of the worst experiences we've had, and I deeply regret spending our hard-earned money on such a subpar experience. Additionally, the absence of room service was surprising and disappointing, as it is a basic expectation for any reputable resort. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your vacation accommodations.

  : Tiles were coming up all over the floor in the entire place, super expensive for drinks that werent worth it and not enough extra stuff to do and when we did find something it was broke (shuffle board).

  : Pool area was great with the music and food hut. Kids loved the snow cones. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.
  : Advertising makes one believe all water areas are open whereas there were signs saying under construction. My family stayed there in November and we had a great timestaff was phenomenal. We were told at that time the new area would be open in March which is why we wanted to come back. The front staff for the cottages was very rude and not helpful. When we initially arrived (1:30ish) we asked to get to our room early and were told by a friendly female staff member our room should be ready shortly and we would be notified when ready. We had a little one who needed to nap. Since I didnt hear anything I went back in at 3:00 to check thinking they may have gotten busy and hadnt had an opportunity to notify me. I was greeted by a rude staff member who said We told you we would notify you when your room is ready. We are really busy so you wont get in before check-in at 4:00. I went back at 4:00 and he said the room was still not ready. We didnt get into the room until 4:30. No apology for the delay. While I understand we werent promised early check-in I just dont think that the person that we were speaking to was very friendly or understanding. It wasnt only myself he was speaking to that way; I heard him also interacting with other guests inquiring about the room availability and using the same tone with them. I guess gone are the days of good customer service. Its all in the way you say it that leaves the impression!
