  : I liked that the property was gated, as well as not having to carry a key around. The door code was easy and helpful for our trip. The rooms were cleaned and stocked appropriately. My favorite thing was the blankets. They were so comfortable and really made me feel more at home.

  : The stay was horrible to say the least. I made a reservation for a 4-bedroom house and was given a 3-bedroom one. I had to wait until late the next day to even get a response from anyone. And the only reason I did was because I sent a message through the Booking.com app. No one answered the so-called emergency number and even though I talked to over 6 people and called over 30 times I never got a response back. In the end I was only offered to relocate 2 days later at a different, father property. As this was impossible with three young children and limited time during the day, all I got was a small refund and barely an apology.Will never be staying with you again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either.

  : Everything was in a convenient location, it was close to all the shopping stores.

  : Two King size beds were comfortable. The furniture was nice clean and comfortable. There were enough dishes, glass, pots and pans. Nice size bathroom. It was close to the pool and everything.
  : The floor was a little dirty. Check in was a little confusing.

  : The location was great. I liked the cleanness of the pool.
  : Hair was everywhere in the house even the washer and dryer. Gate was stuck plenty of time. WiFi didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have much light was missing light bulbs. Tv didn’t work and had the big back TVs. I can go on and on.

  : I liked that the property was close to the theme parks.
  : The place was dirty upon arrival; floors were sticky, shower curtains had mold, carpet was dirty, ceiling fans were not working, coffee machine did not work, one bed was broken, the dish washer came out of the unit, the banister on the stairs was broken, and there was lots of dust on the corners of the rooms. The place did not appear as it did in the photos.
