  : I appreciated Wendy in the administrative office. She was always so pleasant a day professional. She is definitely in the right line of work having to deal directly with people.
  : I did not like that the unidentified security person kept watching me and my family, especially late in the evening. He was rude and creepy. I also did not like that he never identified himself and we had to finally ask who he was because he was lurking around like a criminal. He still showed no credentials so he may have been a criminal for all we knew. I also did not like that when I complained to management that I got no response at all.
