  : The upstairs master bath and bedroom are very nice, it looks like a newer addition to the cabin. Downstairs living and dining area were great too. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach. Overall great Tahoe cabin.
  : The outside of the cabin needs to touching up. There was also some junk on the deck which should be put away. The downstairs rooms are not as nice as upstairs.

  : The cabin was good for what it is - my group of friends ended up having a good time even though there were a few drawbacks. The cabin had everything we needed for our short stay. It was decently clean and warm.
  : There's no soundproofing between floors - people in the upstairs bedroom can hear every word said in the living room and people in the lower king bedroom can hear the water running from the bathroom upstairs. The upstairs floors are also very squeaky. Also, this place is not for larger people - the downstairs bathroom is super narrow as well as the staircase. Luckily my group of friends is on the smaller side so we were fine, but I'm not sure this place would be a good fit for bigger people.
