  : I love the location. It's right on the beach and close to restruants and shopping.
  : The rooms are outdated, and they could use a ramp or steps where the beach access is to get down to the beach.

  : The walkway to the beach was too steep and a ling, gradual decline would have been MUCH better for our beach cart. Maid service did NOT sweep the rooms.

  : Great location to the beach. Nice breakfast selection. Room was spacious and clean.
  : The cleaning lady tried to come into our room to change the trash after we told her no. We weren't dressed and she kept trying to come in. There also needs to be an ice machine in both buildings.

  : The property is convenient to shops, restaurants and the main area in Kill Devil. The facilities are clean and the pools are awesome. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach with the private access point. The complementary breakfast was perfect too, especially since we traveled with children. Staff is exceptional!
  : We stayed in the main building and everything was damp. The linens, floors, and overall feeling was damp. There was also a smell in the room that was very strong.

  : I really liked the boardwalk and matting to/from the beach, but it was difficult at times to step up onto the mat from the deeper sand. I also liked that there were always clean towels at the pool area. There was a gentleman that checked the pool chemicals in the pools and hot tub each day which was good to see! He was quite friendly! We also were able to get extra bath towels upon request and the cleaning services were there each day to get towels and trash.
  : Our room was a little small for four people (we would definitely get a bigger room next time if possible). The biggest issue I had was there was not one hook to hang towels or bathing suits to dry..So we bought twenty five dollars worth of Command hooks to use during the week. There was also only one chair in the room so you had to sit on the beds.The refrigerator was small and didn't have an adjustment to make it cooler, so we put drinks in our coolers to keep them cold. So the ice packs we had couldn't be reused because of no freezer.The breakfast was typical but a change of things would have been nice since we stayed a week.
