  : It was a complete lie as for the pictures portrait in the ad. Also it says to be a 2 bedroom with a loft well is not. It was just one bedroom and a loft. I will contact booking.com to make a complaint.

  : I loved the location of the property which was a 5 minute drive from the gondola. We had a view of the ice skate rink! The ski locker and small parking lot were great too.
  : The dishwasher wasnt working properly so some of the dishes werent clean but I texted the head person and he had it fixed right away! also we were missing some bedding and they brought more for us. So it all was great! The staff was very attentive!

  : They didnt mention that their pool was closed due to Covid. Otherwise, I will book something else. It was a bit misleading. The ceiling is dripping with water due to the snowstorm...I guess.

  : Very clean! Comfortable, lots of room for us and space to put all of or things. Really enjoyed our stay there.
  : Needed curtain/shade on odd picture window overlooking living area below in upstairs secondary bedroom. Disconnect between Vacasa and 3rd party renting company. Hard to get information about our condodidnt know who to contactwould be sent back and forth between the two.

  : Amazing accommodation. Very spacious, well located if you have to attend a conference at the conference center. Very clean and comfy. Kitchen ok equipped.
  : Couldn't lock the unit when i followed the instructions they sent me. You can call them (American Nr.= difficult for interantional travelers) but they repeat the instructions they sent like you are stupid. I told them i had tried exactly what they said several times and the door doesn't lock. In the end they figured out that this apartment door worked differently. They never send somebody over in person. it's all phone help or online help. Also, the keycard for the pool didn't work. it took several attempts to get somebody to help and the card that worked was dropped at the door the next day. If everything works, it's perfect if you have issues it's very annoying to get help.

  : Good large property and very comfortable. Good location.
  : This property was managed by an agency that let us and the home owner down. Not only do you need a key code for entry, but also to lock the property. When the key code no longer worked and we couldn't lock the property, despite contacting the agency several times, no one came to sort out the issue - the agency was prepared to allow the property to be unlocked with ours and the homeowner's possessions at risk. It was the customer service that let us down and left a poor taste.
