: Too many messages from rental company, taking out trash and running dishwasher???? Why would I do that after paying $220 a night? Pool table had tears in it, hot tubs are in a terrible location, unit needs updating.

: Clean and modern. Three TVs. Kitchen was well equipped.
: Too hot- No air conditioning. No pool even though a pool was shown as an enmity. Water tasted bad and looked alittle cloudy. Bath floor was slippery- could use handicapped rails. More information should have been given to us about parking, entry from the basement and better directions. We had a hard time finding the garage opening. Pool tables had balls but no cues. One of the pool tables was ripped and therefor not useable. Since there is no check in counter at the hotel, you're on your own. Contact with Summit was limited by electronic answering service. That is not good when you have a problem and need help.

: Everything about the stay was amazing. The views, the facilities, the staff. Only issue we had was that drunk guy that was walking up and down the hallway and trying to get into our room. All this happened while I was at the emergency room with my oldest daughter and my wife was at the lodge with our 4 kids.
: The rooms cleanliness was amazing.

: Beautiful area, great view! Would have loved to see it before Corona.
: We did not have hot water or a working fridge. Was not able to get it fixed until the next due to corona. Everything is closed also due to corona.

: Keystone is beautiful.
: Beds were extremely hard. The parking situation was completely inconvenient. 1 pass per unit. If we could have parked on the lot across, that would have been fine but we had to shuttle 2 of our vehicles down the road about 2 miles for free parking at the lodge when there was the near empty parking lot right there. Not an option to even pay for spots. Very inconvenient when you have kids. No a/c in the unit, which was fine but asked for additional fans in the unit the first night and never seen or heard from anybody. They were busy, but it was extremely warm in the unit and not a very good breeze coming in. All this said, its Keystone and it was beautiful. Next time, I'll look elsewhere for lodging.

: Location of this property is prime. Great underground parking as well. Good shopping and restaurants in close proximity.
: Unit does not have A/C and the unit would get pretty warm during the day.
