: We loved the location! It was walking distance to pretty much everything. The pool was refreshing after a long day exploring key west.
: The couch and chair is faded with multiple rips in the fabric. The matresses were worn but after a long night it was a place to rest up for the next day.

: The outside back of the property with the pool was well maintained.
: There is a nightclub 2 doors away that is open from 10 AM till 4 AM, it is so loud its impossible to sleep, you either need to be exhausted, wear ear plugs, or have a TV on very loud to drown out the band! The furniture is torn and smells I used Fabreeze and still was bad. The floors looked like they were mopped with really dirty water. The shower knob is broken its difficult to adjust the hot/cold water. The beds are horrible,They made 1 large room into 2 bedrooms, smaller room has no where to put your clothesand their is a stack washer/ dryer in the room.It shares a ceiling fan but no windows or AC!blinds on front door are broken. Save your money, its not worth $5,000 for a pool.
