  : The early morning garbage pick up felt like they were coming in the room so noisy Upstairs foot steps were noisy like they were wearing heavy shoes !

  : The apartment is nice and clean, parking is a bit tight and the A/C window unit is old and very loud (right next to the bed, so get some earplugs). I am mainly upset about the exorbitant add-on fee of $213 (including $119 for cleaning...). This is not apparent when you search on booking.com. The price quoted was $166.40 for 2 days, and the additional charges were in very fine print so I missed it and ended up paying $379.35. Unfortunately, once you click reserve the money is gone and not refundable even if you cancel. I do expect some add-on charges and taxes but $213 is exorbitant, especially the $120 cleaning fee for a 2-day stay.

  : Fabulous location! We could easily walk everywhere. The refrigerator was large which is good if you want to store a lot of cold drinks.
  : The Wi-fi and Direct TV were awful. Internet connection was intermittent. The suggestion we restart the router was ridiculous since there was no router. Equally ridiculous is the suggestion we contact the provider as if we had any pertinent information. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The unit could do without a 4 slice toaster which takes up a lot of room and replace it with a dish basin.

  : The location is super and close to the Epi-Centrum
  : The bedroom was towards.the street and due to the lot of traffic also through trucks it was very noisy. Garbage trucks as early as 4.30 a.m. The bed is too narrow for 2 normal adults and you roll in the middle. very annoying Dishwashing in the bathroom ??? how crazy is that?? Value for money in stark contrast even for Key West

  : The location and the privacy. The house was minutes from Duval and downtown. We had our own little porch to sit on and enjoy outside. The full kitchen also was nice.
  : There was no amenities on site. Also no access anywhere else for a pool or hot tub. No staff present on site either.

  : we had several problems with the unit rental and parking and lack of supplies that were listed that we were supposed to have and didnt have and we were told that we would be reimbursed for parking off the lot because there was nowhere to park and I sent that information in and we have not had any responses and all of the phone calls we made there were no responses to the Vacasa. Customer service is terrible and I will continue to pursue that parking reimbursement.
