  : Locating the key box because of small letters but it doesn't ruin our stay.

  : Floors looked clean, but our feet got dirty walking on them. Carpet had spots. Master bath sink stopper did not work.

  : Awesome location. Loved the condo. Be aware there are stairs in the condo but the unit has an elevator. We enjoyed both balconies as well as the hot tub.
  : Picking up the keys from a separate location is difficult if you do not have vehicle. Dragging your luggage to one location then to the next is not fun.

  : The key box to the front gate did not lock and someone took our key. We called the property manager to fix the lock box and get another key and were told that they did not have any other keys, we were then put on hold and then disconnected. Luckily, the key showed back up in our lock box, but the box still didn't lock. We no longer used the box for the rest of our week.
  : The condo had a little wear and tear and could use some maintenance. The bath tub had missing porcelain and was rusted. Several areas where the drywall was cracked and falling off the wall. The hot tub had not been cleaned and had sand in it.The property was under construction to fix concrete. This should have been disclosed when booking. There were construction workers constantly on our back deck where the hot tub was located. Jack hammering to clean up the concrete was happening for most of one day.

  : Served our basic needs and very close to hop on/hop off shuttle.
  : Several maintenance issues which should have been seen and taken care of before our arrival. Check in office is 2 and half blocks from rental unit, which required us to drag luggage..

  : The hot tub did not work. The garbage disposal did not work. The cleaning people were still in the condo at 4 oclock mopping the floors.
