  : Everything was Real good, except the plug in for charge stations did not work. I was up there visiting family and had 3 Grandsons with me. We have a lot of devices. I get somewhere that the boys can go swimming

  : After arriving at this location and checking in we got on the elevator to get to the third floor where our room was located. We pressed 3 for the 3rd floor , heard a “thud” the elevator immediately stopped and became stuck. After pressing the buttons and no movement we pressed the call button. The Staff was so rude and had a matter of fact attitude information being relayed to us via the “call” button had to be repeated several times as the person didn’t seem to know what she was doing. After about 5 minutes I dialed 911 on my cell phone for assistance . My friend was able to pry the door open a tiny bit just to get some air. Finally the staff was able to get the Elevator back to the 1st floor and we were able to exit. The staff then placed an Out Of Order sign on the elevator starred at as offered no apology or ask if we were okay. The next morning the front desk staff was very rude and nasty when I brought up the situation and asked to talk to the Manager about what happened the night prior and gave me a business card with the Managers information.

  : Could not sleep with other guests making noise and the staff didn't do anything about it. Also, the plumbing fixtures were broken in the shower.

  : The hotel staff were nice its just the water damage and mold kinda did a number on my allergies

  : Not a single thing. We’ve spoke with the hotel regarding refund. They’ve agreed to reimburse 100% but says we have to go through bookings.com, bookings.com says they have to send a request for cancellation fee waiver. We’ve heard no response from either place in 4 days!
  : UPDATE! 6/27/24 One month later and although the front desk told me verbally they would refund me, and i received an email confirming the front desk was instructed to refund me, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! I will never book here and will NEVER Use booking.com again as they gave me the runaround saying although i paid booking.com i needed to get my refund from the hotel.. and the hotel told me i needed to talk to booking.com. SO FRUSTRATING!! The rooms were extremely unsanitary. Stains on the curtains, hair all over the bathroom floor, brown crusty filth on the sheets, and a man in the lobby begging for lower rates because he only needed it for 3 hours. GROSS. No way was I letting my kids sleep/stay there.
