  : We liked Bobbie, who was doing the cleaning when we arrived one hour after our arrival time. She did an awesome and very efficient job! Bobbie was not only very polite, gave us a lots of important information, and helped us running an urgent errand. She earns the highest prize!
  : Three shade rollers did not work and two actually were loose and fell down. One shade roll snapped so violently, that it left me with a bloody nose and damaged my $300 glasses. Also, the smoke alarm at the entrance of the bedroom opposite of the hallway bathroom fell down because it was not sufficiently fixed and almost hurt one of us. In the same bedroom the light fixture did not work at all and it was not because it needed a new light bulb.
