: Walking distance to the event. The room size is comfortable enough.
: When I asked the staff for a kitchen sponge to clean the dishes, I was told that the wash towel is there for that! Imagine that a woman telling me to scrub the dishes with a wash towel!! But she gave me the sponge and the dish soap after that. When I asked for housekeeping, I was told nobody was available. Two days after, somebody sort of cleaned up the bathroom and sort of clean up the kitchen but left a couple of pots uncleaned. Did not make the bed and vacuum. Asked for a wake up call as a back up in case my phone will not ring since it's an early morning flight, didn't get the call. But I'm glad the shuttle driver was there.

Disappointing
