  : I liked the size, fireplaces, the patio, and how comfortable it was. nice kitchen too.
  : I did not like how far it was from town. not a great location for us.

  : The internet was not connected and I had to leave the property to get on. I received messages from the resort by text messages that I could not respond to without the internet.

  : My stay at Trailside highlands was good due to a few reasons, but there were a couple of terrible inconveniences as well. Ill go over the complaints first.The day I reached the place the key card was not working - and we were stranded outside the house at night for a couple of hours. During that time I had to call support thrice to send security. It was a painful experience at the end of a long day. Secondly, the wifi details that we received were incorrect- neither was the wifi network visible nor was it accessible from the Vacasa app. I called support twice for the first two mornings. They said that they will send someone over during the day (we used to be out during the day but had given consent to enter the accommodation). However it never got fixed and we gave up on the end and made do with the slow and insecure public wifi because we were fed up.Having said that I do want to express that we were very happy with the apartment that we got - it was in a beautiful location, clean and cozy. We found whatever was promised in the listing (apart from the wifi and key card not working of course)Overall Id say terrible management but good accommodation.

  : Sheets for the kids were missing. No one to speak with.the place reception desk's explain us that they are not connected to vacasa. finally we reached someone and he ensures us we will receive what we need the day after . Even when we left the kids didn't received them. Wifi is extremely weak. Some towels were dirty and no one brought us new ones. The baddest surprise was that the activities (included swimming pool) were not included, and costs 80 dollars per day per person. And it is a place in the middle of nowhere...we definitely knew better places ...
