  : Hotel was clean & conveniently located for our visit. Staff was friendly & helpful.
  : Pool was small. A large group of people, possibly family or friends of management, were using pool in the evening. They "reserved" every seating area with their shoes & towels and seemed disturbed by our grandchildren who were actually swimming, rather than just lounging in the pool.

  : So when we call to see if the room was ready it was like at 1230 I know some time if you call It might be ready I called and she said no that they will call me when it was ok so I left like at 250 i called because no one called back so I called and the girl said it wasn’t ready that to give them 30 minutes ok so at 3:00 I go and they said to give them a few so at 3:18 the room was ready mind you check in is at 3:00 ok we go to the room I go shower the tub was clocked so I called and the front girl said she couldn’t fix it and that we had to wait for the maintenance ok next day we had to be at my sons game by 9 am so I called the front desk and they said I had to wait till the maintenance guy went tru the list so we end up showering with the tub clocked and when we was about to leave we see the maintenance guy we stopped him and asked at what time he was planning to come take a look and he said well he was able to check he went and checked fixed it ok so then the last day that we was going to leave check out is at 11 mind you so I called for paper toilet at like 9 the lady said ok and 1030 nothing no paper at all we checked out been trying to call them and no one picks up and nothing they said they was going to give us a 25 dollar discount for the tub clocked and they never gave me the discount they charged me the full amount I called booking.com and they tried to help out because Hampton don’t want to give the discount they said they was or anything so yeah I will never booked in this place ever again well in Hampton in Long Island Islandia again but booking.com was help full they tried there best to help us out
