  : Hyatt House Dallas Las Colinas offers excellent suite options, ideal for accommodating me, my wife, and multiple family members. The grounds are well-maintained with outdoor amenities like a pool and basketball court, providing ample recreational options. The hot breakfast provided was satisfying and a good start to the day.
  : The room I stayed in had a persistent smell of stale urine, particularly noticeable in the closet carpet adjoining the room and bathroom, which was not fully enclosed. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff multiple times, their response was limited to changing the sheets, which did not address the underlying problem.

  : How it made it feel like an apartment instead of just a hotel
  : There is a staff named Nancy that seems to be a little racist. She would be all bubbly and sunshine with someone and here comes a hispanic or black person and her attitude completely changes. It was hard to watch and made me uncomfortable

  : Location in Las Colinas and close to the highways; 2 Bedroom suite with separate living room and kitchenette; Quality of internet was good; The check in staff proactively offered us a room on the ground floor instead of higher floor (there are no elevators). Breakast included was functional (would have preferred some more vegetarian options)
  : Housekeeping and maintenance was unsatisfactory:1. The Aircon flow of air was uneven across the rooms - one bedroom was very cold and the other rooms were warmer; The floor of the kitchenette was always wet (I suspect due to the Aircon)2. We stayed for 5 nights and no room cleaning was done - though we were told upon check in that room cleaning is done every 3 days;3. The phones were not working due to some maintenance work - the hotel did not consider to be their responsibility to inform customer that one of their facilities is not operational;4. There were no pans in the kitchenette (which is standard as per the staff) - they were provided upon request.5. The remote for of the TVs in the bedroom was missing - provided upon request; the battery for another TV remote needed to be changed.6. Some of the doors and drawers were not closing properly or tight7. Several cockroaches were sighted outside the room and couple were found in the room8. The checkout staff was not in a position to provide a receipt as their printer was not working. Despite my request, I have so far not received the receipt on email (it has been more approximately 8 hours since checkout.

  : Roach came in the door with me along with the strong mildew odor. Our shower didn't work. We left.
