  : The outside of the building has good lighting.
  : There is no AC in the room. It was stuffy and humid. We found that out when my family was already situated and ready to sleep. We had to open the side door to get some fresh air in the middle of the night.

  : Everything worst hotel experience I have ever had. They had the nerve to charge us $20 to change room . The hotel has at the most of five other guest . Our room was hotter than outside and if we would have stayed in the original room we would have practically had heat stroke . We were moved to a new room with no improvement. I actually had to go purchase a fan to be able to stay here . Rude service. Pool and spa doesn't look clean at all. I don't see how this place can even pass a health inspection. The check in area fools you it is somewhat nice looking and some staff was satisfactory. Nicole was rude and had terrible customer service. I will never return and will make sure to tell others what an absolute dump this is. In my whole travel experience I have never had such a overall terrible experience.

  : In a rough part of town , lots of really sketchy people and the property has NO HEATER , the room was freezing !!! Sooooo cold I couldn’t sleep

  : What didn't I like was that this happened twice that a manager (female) didn't knock and just walked in before opening my room door during the time of the incident I was changing clothing due to being nudest. No apology was given until we checked who it was IAM looking into filing a complaint cuz I felt no respect was to be from them..
