  : Location was perfect! Nice set up. A little out dated but still nice.
  : Parking was not good. Air conditioning was very loud. Full kitchen but missing many things-toaster sets off fire alarm.

  : We loved the area and how easy it was to get to both Clearwater and St. Pete. Our room was clean and the staff responded quickly to a plumbing issue we had - left for the day and it was fixed before we returned. The hospitality area with waters, beach towels and coffee was a pleasant surprise!
  : Only one small issue - the bed was a little noisy. After a full day of walking and being a tourist, once we got in and settled it was barely noticeable.

  : There was a horrible smell the entire time we were in the condo, as though something had died. We had the maintenance people come and they sprayed air freshener and left. The people in the neighboring condo frequently went to the patio area and drank alcohol and played their music very loud.

  : Communication, didn’t know where to check-in. 3 forks, 2 pans, no bowls, refrigerator missing shelves, cabinets broken, 3 towels for 6 people. Others condos had 8+ people in them taking over the pool area, loud music.

  : Great location, great place to stay. Price was too high, would have expected to pay closer to high $200s had I had more time to research during booking. Otherwise great place.

  : The location was awesome. Pool was nice. Parking as good.
  : It Just needs the sliding doors updated. They didn’t close properly and the paint on the wall is water damaged and coming off at the baseboard. The bathroom faucet was missing the screen and leaked and the ceiling was showing some mold spots. Toilet would ran at times probably leaking internally. The lamp in the bedroom was missing a light bulb. There was a dead beetle between the comforter and top sheet in one of the double beds. Only other issue we noticed was The tenant’s that came in the lower unit Saturday were less than desirable, trashing the pool area and smoking weed etc.

  : The location is great. The beach access and amenities it provides (pools, grills, laundry room, beach toys) is wonderful. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen which was great!
  : Our room set up was not functional with 4 people, we stayed last year and was hoping for the same kind of layout, however the bathroom was off the single bedroom so that made it very inconvenient. The sofa bed was not comfortable (def recommend bringing blankets we had zero for that). The cleaning people also forgot to clean behind the sofa so it was gross.

  : They did not have room ready until almost 7 pm first day! Girl working office could not contact maids to confirm room ready. My husband had to literally go door to door trying to find open unit I had already paid for

  : pics when making reservation were of a renovated bldg…our room was not…misrepresented…& paid 1320 for 3 nights…on reservation i was asked for any requests…requested 2nd/3rd floor ocean view…we were assigned first floor…called upon entering bldg to see if could switch, as mult units unoccupied at out time of arrival, & was told no/unable…i asked to please make note as to future reservation we’ve already booked for end if august to ensure we get 2nd/3rd floor ocean view…was told it could not be guaranteed even w/all this time in advance…our room did not have a broom or a wine bottle opener…simple/must haves that most places have…upon check out…received $0 invoice email, butnoticed a charge pending in my bank acct for additional $150 plus…called to see what charge was about and couldn’t get explanation… was toldby front desk it was an error & she would reach out to appropriate dept for correction…requested call back to ensure matter settled…still waiting…
