  : This bldg is 10 floors but had only one functioning elevator. There was no information indicating staff was aware and were working on this issue, but this is a significant issue, especially for arrival, departure and anyone with children. Also, the day before departure our washer stopped working and water wouldnt drain. I called our contact person, who said she would find someone and call me back. I never heard back from her. We had to wring out our clothes and travel with wet items.
