  : Location was great, everything else failed miserably
  : I requested the highest floor and was told that it was no problem, the room I was assigned was not on the highest floor. There was some kind of yuck on the wall at eye level above the dresser. The light beside the bed was hanging by its wires. There was no trash bag for the restroom waste basket and there was clippings of facial hair in the wastebasket. I requested a late check out because we were in town for a funeral. I was assured that 2:00p check out was no problem. When we found out out that the funeral had been postponed to 6:00p we approached the front desk and asked if a later check out was possible, we were informed that the original request was not in the system and not possible at all, but we could easily book a room next door for more that 2x the price we paid for this room and that they had 14 rooms available. When we inquired next door, we were told that they had no rooms available and there was nothing they could do.

  : The location is wonderful to great restaurants and shopping.
  : The housekeeping staff cleaned out our refrigerator before we checked out and disposed of our food.

  : I liked the fact that the property is where you can go shop and eat instead of driving off somewhere.
  : The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast was not good. The eggs and other food were cold, the waffles were very hard and you could not eat them. There was no option to make your own waffles, as a matter of fact, there wasn’t many options at all. I don’t eat eggs frittatas, especially with them being cold. Hopefully, you all will improve in this area because I didn’t spend all of my money to have cold breakfast food.

  : The property was very nice
  : The breakfast was horrible. It was NOT good! The waffles were so hard you could not cut them or eat them, the eggs were cold and some of the bacon was not done. I probably won’t stay here again unless they do something about the breakfast, MORE options to choose from. The Element is adjacent to one of THE most expensive hotels around and the breakfast was horrible…

  : The improvement to the Element was wonderful since my last stay.
  : 2 concerns* the pool area was not clean but that was more so due to visitors, a sanitary pad was lying next to the pool* So glad you all had real bacon and sausage , but the scrambled eggs and egg fratatah was horrible. Bag microwave egg are never a hit but I guess it’s the industry
