  : The reception area / lobby was furnished nicely.
  : It appears most of the guests actually lived at the property. It appeared to be a somewhat hostile and unsafe environment. The furniture in the room was broken and the blinds did not close properly. The room had a strange odor. There wasnt enough soap, towels or toilet paper in the room. The breakfast was disappointing, the apple juice had no flavor.

  : Nothing particular I liked about the property except for the location.
  : I didn’t like the fact that there was no trash can in my room. When I informed the front desk, she told me house keeping left for the day and gave me a roll of trash bags instead so apparently nobody has access to anything once they leave. The room had a strong smell like old water that has set to long. Whoever works the front desk at night was very rude when I called to let them know that my remote didn’t work. She sarcastically told me “well you either have change the batteries out or get a new remote” as if I was suppose to do this my self. When I addressed her attitude, she now wanted to be helpful and do what she was supposed to do in the first place. She put on a real great act when the manager arrived. Which by the way the manager a was nice enough to offer me a discount and a new room if I stayed another night but I declined and I probably won’t be staying at that location again.

  : you get what you pay for. smelled old and musty. I slept with one eye open on a blanket I brought myself. I wanted to leave immediately... but I was there to assist a family member for an event. I stayed for one night, billed for 2. I checked out 5/26... and the owner "couldn't" give me a receipt stating I checked out on 5/26. Billed me a second night. I will never use Booking. com again they couldn't help me cancel my 2 day reservation.

  : Too many people hanging around outside their rooms, seemed to be several permanent residents.midnight parked in the handicap spot with no handicap tags sitting there in car visiting.
