  : Some of the staff was absolutely amazing other staff seemed accusatory when bring any issue to them about the room.
  : We switched rooms 3 times and still had problems. The lack of up keep and filthy carpet and bathrooms. Mildew in sink and big stains on carpets, broken peice from mirror, chip wood on door to bathroom, dust build up, and left over dried up coffee on furniture. I have stayed here in the past years ago and it was clean an lovely. The room I had cost more then the room thi time and I wonder if they have certain rooms upkeep if they sale for a cheaper rate. Because this is not the experience I had a few years ago.

  : The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom/shower was excellent.
  : Parking was far away. We are older so we had to use valet parking. No complimentary breakfast.

  : Loved it being on the main thoroughfare across from the bath houses. Historic building, right next to one of the oldest established businesses in town (Ohio Club). The staff (including maintenance that we dealt with) were extremely nice. The shower controls are on the opposite side, making it extremely easy to adjust without being in the shower. First time I've seen it set up this way and I really like it.
  : The motor in our air conditioner was going out. When it was on high, it made a whining noise. Maintenance didn't have any motors in stock, and with it being a holiday there wasn't a way to get one. Maintenance brought us a fan to help move air, and the air could be set at medium with no noise, so he suggested to have it on high while we were away to cool the room, then lower it to avoid noise. The shower is also weird with no door, making it hard to keep water in. The hair trap is also loose and with the shower being so small, hard to not accidentally step on.
