  : I did not like the voice nor the roaches.i did not like the fact that 7 days later I have still not received my refund. I called to complain and the desk clerk told me that if she was the manager she would have not refunded my money.

  : The location was nice. It was clean. The staff moved us from 219 to 225. Reason is in the comments below. We didn't bother with the second room The staff is nice. Booking.com didn't send reservation through. They helped us contact them.
  : We had to move to another room. There isn't a shower knob in room 219. Room 225 isn't any better when you turn the shower on water sprays out around the knob. The light bulbs are missing in the bathroom. The table lamp is plugged in and sitting on the vanity. We were told there are working vending and ice machines on the second floor. Not true.
