  : I didnt get the room I originally booked online due to a water leak. Rooms were not sanitary nor were the linens clean. Wall outlet didnt work to charge devices.

  : where do I begin,,,,I checked into a room that had a strong smell of cleaning supplies,, we left the door open to help with the smell and I have breathing issues,, we were very concerned The bathtub was very slippery, both my husband and I slipped in the tub, not safe at all the pool was closed and was pictured and mentioned on the booking The breakfast was listed and advertised on a rolling light at the front door but when I asked where it was, I was told that there was no breakfast cuz they were working on the office, no donuts or anything, no vouchers for breakfast at nearby restaurants and no discounts or reimbursements. This is false advertising and I would consider it fraudulent advertising because it was not available to anyone,,The room had frayed carpet,, was definitely not worth the money,,
