  : The location is perfect for our stay, right next to down town and near the river. The hot tub was great, foosball table was fun. The downstairs shower was better than the main upstairs, and the kitchen was a great space to entertain. AC was a godsend!
  : The trash was full when we arrived so after our stay it was overflowing. The upstairs shower had poor pressure.

  : We got the place while attending a wedding. Only one key was provided, not convenient. No key for the from door which faces the sidewalk. Which means you have to go up and down the hill to get to the sidewalk. The rugs in the kitchen where filthy and needed laundered.

  : The master bedroom is too bright and it is kind of noisy in the other bedrooms.

  : The location! Walking distance to almost everything!
  : The clean factor upon arrival could have been better. Some hair balls on the sheets, microwave was not clean. The hot tub was the main issue tho. The cover is very mildewed and it made the water stink and your skin stink as well. We only used it once briefly.
