  : The bed was the most uncomfortable thing we ever slept on. You need to clarify that when advertising this property. We are over sixty, and getting in and out of a low ‘futon’ style bed is cumbersome, to say the least. No swimming pool on property was another bust for us.

  : Location was great Nice touch having the surf boards, even if a little old as spent most of our time surfing in waves
  : The cost of the cleaning. Felt that it was very expensive considering we didn't find the apartment that clean. The deck & the floors were very dirty even cleaned them ourselves. I know its hard with the birds crapping on the deck but if this got cleaned more regularly, which we did it looked so much better & the birds stopped coming back. Very noisy on Friday & Saturday nights from restaurant just below us as we were on the 2nd floor
