  : The suite is pretty much as you see on Booking.com, nicely decorated, festive, and chock full of amenities- even had a pantry with food and condiments I guess others must have left behind, that we were allowed to use. It was also close to everything like the ad and reviews say.
  : 1. There is a small but loud, noisy, often downright raucous bar downstairs on the first floor, and to my knowledge, there is not way around that to leave the property. We had a teenage girl age 17 and boy age 13 on our trip with us, and they had to see that every time (and hear and smell it too, with MJ skunk-like smell, etc.)2. While there were a lot of amenities, there was absolutely no instruction we knew of of how to "use" the place. No one ever returned my call as to whether there was an ironing board / iron there, we had to find out for ourselves. Same as for how to put out your own trash and that you were to dump the water under the AC window unit basically every day. Yes there were little, worn-out signs for most of these things, but it just would have been a nice touch to have a laminated large card or booklet on the counter saying "welcome!" with these instructions, and a phone number to reach someone anytime with any Q's. 3, WIFI was very frustrating. Would come in and out. My husband figured out you have to cycle power on the router and the router was lying down. He corrected these things and that helped greatly (this could also have been info left in that Welcome packet like I mentioned) but even that wasn't 100% and I had to use my Hotspot to get some business work done.4. I noticed before traveling to Hawaii that the website for the Hawaiian King 411 on Google Maps was attached to a Chinese prostitution website (that you have to click on "translate" to read about). I told more than one person at Hawaiian King about it so that they could take care of the problem. They sounded concerned, but as of this writing a few days AFTER our trip, it's still there!

  : Upon arrival, I was speechless by the appearance of the facility, is a matter of fact I started crying, there were prostitutes directly at the building, the outside is very very dirty, and inside is not much cleaner.
  : There is not allot that I did like, I saved and saved, worked long long hours for this vacation, I did extensive research, reading reviews etc, I am not sure I could have done any worse at picking out a spot.
