: Great location, easy to find convenience stores walking distance from unit. Laundry machine was down the hallway for easy access. Unit had lots of towels, beach supplies, and balcony had nice morning view. Contactless check in and parking pass was provided inside the unit. Free parking with garage next to unit with no problem finding parking throughout the week. Overall comfort of the place was great.
: Unit needed some more clean up, bathroom was outdated and dirty. Counters needed more of a wipe down upon arrival.

: The staff was wonderful to work with. We did have some concerns and they were very attentive to our needs.
: We were not happy with the appearance of the hallways going into the condo. The base boards were off which exposed sheet rock damage. They did some work months ago, but it was never replace. Then when entering the condo, it was very dirty. Just a few of the things...dirty coffee pot, floor was not mopped, hair behind the couch on the floor, entrance door had wood damage where the door closure was taken off, baseboards were filthy, curtains were dirty. We did voice our concerns and management did move us to another unit which was much better.

: Not the suite that we booked we booked 2404 not 1904 supposed have a full and a queen we got a day bed instead very uncomfortable, garbage disposal didn't work sink backed up, parking pass expired on the Dec 31st security gave us a hard time everytime we came back to the room didn't get the new one till the Jan 3rd the day before we left, elevators took up to 10 minutes sometimes to get to the parking structure not happy for all the money we spent
