  : The hotel had a breakfast, pool, koi pond, sauna and other amenities. The view from our room was enjoyable. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Initially our room had a musty smell and crack in the tv. The staff gave us a new room which turned out to be larger free of charge. Our flight out was also delayed, We had to checkout at twelve but the hotel staff checked our luggage for us free of charge until the time of our flight later that evening.While the rooms may not be the absolute nicest hotel in the area I would struggle to find a better bang for your buck hotel in the area with friendlier staff and better amenities.
  : The first room we got had a crack in the Tv and chips in the wall and the carpet smelled musty. However the staff upgraded us for free the second they heard our concerns.

  : Staff were super helpful. Room was good, breakfast is basic but its helpful to have a toast, muffin and fruits rather thanbhaving nothing at all. Location is great - right in front of the royal Hawaiian center, 4 ABC stores in 250m radius, various food options closeby
  : Water from the bath tub didbt drain out. They fiixed it immediately though
