: We loved being right on the beach. The back porch has a nice shower under a pine tree and a nice seating area in the screened in porch. It’s also super close to Publix and the Anna Maria Beach Cafe, within walking distance. The furniture looks cute and they had a nice DVD player and cable in the living room. The property did promise to refund us $170 for or last day being cut short because of the water being turned off (we stayed 4 nights) and were quick to help with coming out to reset the breakers and give us a new toaster the first day.
: It’s pretty “cozy” so was a bit smaller than we realized for sleeping six. It was fine since it was me and my parents and our three young kids/babies, but if it was 6 adults I don’t know if it would have been okay. We had some issues with using the coffee maker and toaster at the same time and shorted out 3 outlets on our first day, had them fixed and got a new toaster sent to us, and shorted out 2 more the next day. The A/C struggled to get below 75-76 degrees, and would stay around 78 if you opened and closed the doors too often going in and out during the day. Just probably needs to be replaced. Also the property owners weren’t aware that the water main on our block would be shut off from 8:30AM-3PM on our final day so we ended up having to leave much earlier than planned instead of taking a last swim on the beach, because of no bathroom/showers for the kids to use. The mattresses were fine for sleeping but not really great if you have any type of back problems or if you are pregnant. We didn’t reach out for the second day the outlets were shorted out because it was a third party number from California that rerouted us and just seemed to be more stress contacting for assistance than it was worth. We ended up using the coffee maker in one bedroom and the toaster in the other one with the still-working outlets.

: The location is beautiful and the set up is nice. Building is well maintained. Will visit again.
: We had to take the comforter of master bed because it was dirty and pillows are horrible
