  : Nothing we arrived and they cancelled my reservation and didn’t notify me.
  : Everything absolutely terrible. They canceled my room without notifying me prior. We drove 2 hours to the property and when we arrived they didn’t have my booking.

  : King hot tub suite . Big TV . Bed comfortable . Worked with us on our late check in. Had to borrow a fan from office. Staff was very kind clean room
  : Pillows either stiff or thin. I asked for extra blanket an towels in special note to staff. An was ignored also wasn't told thermostat was broken in room no bathroom fan. Who ever put grout town all over bathroom tile an entry way to room didn't properly seal an set it was crumbing under my feet getting everywhere. Screens vere bent an allowed bugs in room. Back door broken no need for key get in building. Door door extra locks on door like the chain. Or latch. Couldn't add cold water in hot tub or else turn water brown. Due to not being able to keep room cooler due to AC thermostat being broken it made it hard to even use the hot tub kinda really upset hole reason we went there was for use of hot tub at our convenience yet the room was so hot with hot tub running

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The lighting in the parking lot was not good. The room was dirty. The toilet did not flush the caulking in the bathtub was all moldy. And there was two wood ticks crawling on my bed

  : Room smelled. Very poor condition of the room and building. Hair in bathroom sink, old bar of soap in shower. Room was stuffy, hot.

  : Staff was awesome. Very friendly and courteous. The location was great as well. We walked down the little fair they had going on.
  : The AC was not working. It was 87 degrees in our room. I ran to the dollar store to pick up a fan to at least circulate the air. We were all very uncomfortable. I got a migraine from the heat and I went to soak my feet in the tub and ice my neck but the water wouldn’t stay filled so I had to keep running the water and it woke everyone up.

  : Hallway smelled of Marijuana toilet would not shut off the property was dirty and had used toilet outside and old mattress and other trash piled up
