  : William is great. Location is awesome the view is beautiful and perfect beach/pool views. Very spacious rooms with good storage and nice balconies. Lots of comfortable places to sit and accommodate a big family it had a large table and plenty of seating around it.
  : The biggest drawback was the cleanliness and condition of the unit. The master bedspread was so stained we didn’t use it. Only 2 pillows had cases and the mattress was a bit rough. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned with something stuck to the side of the fridge and on the floor. With only 1 handiwipe and only 2 kitchen towels it made clean up after meals a little tough. The only sponges we found under the sink were already used. It was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen and toiletries. We were cooking a holiday dinner and had to go buy potholders, shampoo and a few other things. It is in desperate need of some fresh paint/updating and a deep cleaning. Having said that we would come back but would like to know that it is properly cleaned and has fresh clean linens to sleep on. The kitchen chairs are plastic and can be a bit uncomfortable for a long family game night but the price was great and again the location is unbeatable.

  : William was so helpful and kind. We were leaving our home due to hurricane Florence headed our way. He found a 2 bedroom villa for us that exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place. We love Hilton Head Island!
