: Upon arrival, I thought the condo could have been cleaned better. The condo is very dated and shows need for maintenance and upgrades. Living room furniture wasnt comfortable and not sufficient for 6 people. Bedrooms are normal but bedding/mattresses were not comfortable. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Kitchen has the bare necessities for cooking meals. Nice pools. #96 is across from a pool. Average accommodations but excellent location to the beach and attractions.
  : Uncomfortable furniture

: The condo was great. It was very clean and was plenty of room for 6 people and our dog who stayed there. The location is also perfect. It is right against the bike path that takes you straight to the beach. It is a quick and easy 10 minute walk.
: There was only 1 set of paper towels and one set of shampoo and soap for each bathroom. You would have to bring your own but it would be nice if there were paper towels and soap to last a week.

: Quiet location. Could use updates but just fine for a weeks stay. Very clean. Nice sized private, shaded deck overlooking woods for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk on shaded path to the beach (0.6 miles, we brought a folding wagon). Marriott bar right at beach access for cocktails and live music some days. Shower and bathrooms at beach access also. One mile walk to Coligny plaza. Many restaurants walking distance or short drive. Pool was warm.

: It was very roomy. The set up was nice except for the patio. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned or hosed off in forever. The location to the pool was awesome.
: We got woke up EVERY morning by the painting crew. They blocked our door with ladders on several occasions. We had to move our vehicle for them numerous times. Very annoying. The cleanliness of the place was very very poor. I think the cleaning crew needs to be educated
