  : The breakfast was fine.
  : I booked a room thru Booking.com for Queen Studio with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, I have a screen shot of what I booked. Once I arrived at the hotel the room did not have a King bed it had a queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. I went and asked the front desk about it, and they said that they don't even have king beds in any of their rooms. I showed them the snapshot of what I had reserved, and they told me that I would have to speak with Booking.com. The staff was friendly but still did not get what I had reserved. I went back to the confirmation number to check the details and only listed 1 queen bed. The reservation had changed somehow with me knowing until it was too late. Again, I have the screenshot of the reservation with 1 KING bed and 1 Queen bed. I would share it with you if I could upload it. The price that I paid is not worth at all what I got. Very disappointed and not happy at all. How can you resolve this. Thank you,Cameron Frazier(904) 583-9898

  : The hotel itself was great overall. The location of the hotel was great as well.
  : The guest service representative that checked us in and also checked us out, did not have a welcoming personality. We had mentioned twice to the front desk that our phone was not working. Even though they said maintenance fixed it, it never worked. Upon checking out, I mentioned it to the guest service representative, she never acknowledged it, nor did she say I apologize for the inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was great. We would return to that property on our next visit to Hilton Head.
