  : There was no door code in the envelope we picked up after office hours. Frustrating after driving over 10 hours. Back door was left unlocked. Thats how we got in. Broken glass on deck not seen till after walking barefoot. Too many Cobwebs in master upstairs. And plaster (?) shavings along entry wall of that room. Easy fixes, for such a nice house, not expecting that. Pool people came from out of no where & pulled up in back yard, while I was alone, barely clothed, laying by pool. No one sent text to let us know, nor did we see a note posted about pool cleaning days in the house
