Very Poor

  : Location
: The door could have locked for a start, the remotes to the TV could of had batteries, the kitchen knives could of been washed, the towels could have been better than the ones my dogs use at home..

: The furniture was good. Having a washer and dryer in unit was nice. My kids loved what looked like about 50 stay feral cats that live on the property.
: From the point of check-in we found out there was a $20 parking fee cash only. Get to the condo and find out we are at the total backend of the "resort". Get in and the floor was covered in sand, clearly had not been dusted in a while. We ordered pizza from Domino's while we unpacked. Found out they indeed did not have cable or basic channels but rokos that you had to login to and use your own info. Tried to make a call using 3 different phones that have 3 different service providers and could not get a signal even on 2g. 3 hours pass and still no pizza I ended up having to go get it. Next day was woken up at 7am to children running like elephants in the condo above us and everyday after. Constant noise of construction and airplanes. The beach was terrible. The "short walk" was a 1/4 of a mile. Not even a beach more of a smell inlet marsh full of sand fleas and oysters that you will cut your feet on. No waves and the water doesn't go past your knees full of squishy marsh like sand. The indoor pool that was supposed to be heated was ice cold, hot tub was more of a hot bath. Playground, grills, and tennis courts have seen better days. The outlets in the bathrooms don't work so you can't blow dry your hair. There is no spatulas or flippers for cooking.. The microwave was on top of the fridge so I could barely reach it. I wouldn't dry my dogs with the towels provided. Water pressure was nonexistent. There are no fans anywhere in the condo and you have to keep the temp at 72 degrees. Facility said it was handicap accessible but there were no ramps or elevators, no beach wheelchairs to rent either so my elderly mother couldn't even go to the beach and I had to carry her up stairs.I can't believe I paid $2109 for this.

  : Location was ok.
: The place was filthy. Floors were so dirty it turned you feet and socks black. No toliet paper and no paper towels. Couch original color was white but it was so dirty it was cream colored. Kitchen had grease stains all around it, even on the ceiling.

: I enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. The condo would have been nicer had it been cleaned prior to our arrival. It had decent furniture. But in this day and age with the pandemic it would have been nice to know that our safety and health was a priority to the condo staff.
: Staff was very nice and accommodating. But unfortunately when I arrived, the condo was not in very good condition. I arrived way past the arrival time and this was supposed to be a surprise for my husband which the staff knew from the time that I booked the 2 night stay. The condo hadn't been cleaned, no bed linens, no towels or even toilet tissue. Upon arrival we had to leave so that the contact person could come in and clean. The contact person did come back around the following day and replaced the coffee maker which she said the previous tenant had broken and brought additional supplies (coffee, trash bags, detergent). This was very disappointing and rather annoying. Then to add to a bad situation, the oven was atrocious so I couldn't use it to make the special meal I had planned for my husband and daughter. So that was our experience with the condo. Hilton head Island SC is a beautiful place. The condo was walking distance to the beach. My husband still had a great time although we ended up eating out. Peaceful and quiet environment. The nights make you realize how country that area is. Nice getaway!

: I loved having keyless entry and a washer dryer in our condo. The grounds were beautiful and we didn’t have an issue with parking. Beds were comfy. The location of the condo is secluded and in a lovely area.
: There is no elevator and the walk to the beach was quite a hike from our actual unit. The beach is more of an inlet and for nature watching. Fish Haul Creek park is beautiful but not the beach I needed with small Kids. Other beaches were a super close drive, I just wish I knew all this up front. Super small kitchen, no ice maker. But again, I’d book this condo again I just wish I had been better prepared.

: The ad said it was close to the airport, it was. It was right at the end of the runway. The planes actually shook the building passing over. As far as the beach access, it was a short walk but the beach was dirty and not fit for swimming. There was pool access but the pool was down for maintenance.
