  : The staff member on the reception was ridiculously cheap. While checking out and the fact is that I was checking out an hour earlier, I asked for a bottle of water. This lady who was at the reception in the morning(who seemed to be a senior staff) denied me a bottle of water. Honestly, the fact that I could have ordered this bottle of water from my room as room service and she would have sent it to the room. But the fact, that I asked at the time I was checking out, she conveniently denied me a bottle of water. Isn’t this ridiculously cheap? When a customer is paying you guys 650$ for the entire stay and you can’t give him a bottle of water? This incident happened on June 15 morning around 11 am. At that time, there were 2 women at the reception- I am referring to this senior person who seemed to be a more experienced one.I have now decided to never ever stay at this hotel again. I was supposed to be flying again to Washington next month, but never staying at this hotel again. Just simply using a Marriott name, next to your name- doesn’t make you a Marriott. Start treating customers the way Marriott does. If not, you are seriously harming Marriott’s name.Highly discourage people from using this hotel- there are a couple others near Arirport such as Hyatt and westin- which provide a much better service and would definitely give you a bottle of water - lol
