  : I loved the studio. The decor was great. The setup was very nice.
  : Kitchen towels weren’t provided. The kitchen faucet was too large for the sink so water would splash everywhere. The utensils were very cheap and there were only a few utensils. The pots and pans were still wet and I wasn’t sure if they were clean. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It just seemed as if the owners were trying to skimp on everything. I called the number provided for questions and asked the person when I would be receiving the code. She told me that housekeeping would text me as soon as the room was ready. I got to the motel at 4:05 and I still had not received the code. So I called the number again. The person said that she would contact the desk to find out what was going on. She came back on the line and said the information was texted to me at 3:45. I did not receive that text and still haven’t received that text but I did receive the code number at 4:15. Disappointed in the way that the things are handled through Booking.com. Everything is piecemealed to me. The next day, I asked what the procedure for checking out is to make sure that I take care of everything that I’m supposed to take care of and never received a response. I’m hesitant to use Booking.com again.
