  : The gentleman that checked me in and switched the room after I told him about the 1st room being horrible was polite.
  : Rooms were less than satisfactory.I changed my room after checking in due to the uncleanness of it just to be given another room that was just as concerning and seemed to be a storage room.There were multiple tables,tv stands,random items &then large bags

  : No pool or breakfast as listed, vending machines were empty, had some kind of bugs throughout hotel, room smelled like cat pee and cat food scattered down hallway, blankets had cigarette burns, mini fridge had old food left in it

  : Although listed as having pool & breakfast (2 things I selected), the pool looks like it hasn't been open for years & no breakfast, vending machines were empty, room was dirty and had to switch rooms, new room was in need of a lot of repair and mold

  : the beer was cold at the bar.. which is owned separately from the hotel although on the same premises.. the owners and the staff for a very nice in the bar and the lounge Again, which is inside the hotel, but not affiliated with the hotel
  : mold in the bathroom,on the lamps and wall, Possible feces on wall, Dirty stained linen ,no one at front desk,Had to call hotel phone for clerk ,Pool not open ,with moldy, standing water,,no restaurant,no A.C in common area, DIRTY,DISGUSTING hotel!!

  : Front desk attendant was cooperative, and a maintenance concern was addressed promptly.
  : It's really closer to a 1 or 2 rating rather than a 2.5. Shower/tub control didn't work, sink drain was broken, it took forever for water to get hot. The room just didn't seem clean. I used clorox wipes that I carry to wipe down horizontal surfaces.
