  : Large spacious apartments, with decent views, and plenty of parking.
  : Resort is on opposite side of beach Inlet bridge crossing. Lots of noise and traffic when bridge raises.

  : The apartment was relatively big, comfortable and well equipped
  : Only 2 elevators for 30 floors! That means youHave to wait 15 / 20 minutes every morning to go down. Stairs are not an option if you are with kids and a high floor. This is unacceptable for any kind of property that is offered for holidays. They overcharged my account after I left (fast check out). After I called them from abroad they told me they had reversed the charge so I did not have to worry. However, nothing has happened and they did not credit my account. Will not even bother to call again and pay an international call for that it is very frustrating.

  : The resort is located right on the beach withing walking distance to the everything we need. The apartment was exceptional clean, beds were very comfy, pillows like at home. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

  : the truth is that I was somewhat disappointed in my stay. I had already been to this resort and I had loved it. however, after the pandemic there were many changes that I noticed. I will start talking about the hotel in general: the restaurant disappeared, the cafe of the vending machines is horrible and watery without flavor, the pool that was hot or heated was totally frozen, as if they had literally put ice cubes inside it, I complained to those who rented (booking.com) and they answered me with lies several times saying that the heating was on maximum. it was not only me who complained, absolutely all the guests that I met in the pool every day were shocked by how cold the Water was. There is only one pool that receives the sun all day but it is only for owners. On the other hand, the Resort used to have a mini van to take guests for free to Hollywood beach and Avantura Mall and they eliminated it. They only left some shuttles to go to a beach that is five minutes away on foot. now on the apartment the coffee table in the living room totally worn, the sofa with stains, the showers not clean at all and with mold in the partitions of the tiles. It is evident that they do not clean with "joint cleaners", you pay dearly for a cleaning service and they make you take out your own garbage. Incomplete crockery, white towels are not changed.Anyway, there is nothing left of what I remembered and I doubt that in the future I will stay with them again. Now there are very competitive prices and I would think about staying some elsewhere. Finally, I had VIP check in but the ladies were mean at me and were laughing with no respect and the one who delivers the towels are super unfriendly, she sees you with baby strollers, children, floats for swinging pool etc and she doesn't even try to help you to open the door to enter in the lobby.

  : This resort is ridiculous, they refused to give me back my 300 usd deposit claiming I damaged a matress, we we only there 3 days in transit to another country. The mattress has a protective cover yet they claimed we damaged a mattress and the pillow top of the mattress? How can that be possible? Further more the staff is very rude and unfriendly except for the parking garage. This resort is a rip off and we will NEVER stay here again and I advise everyone else to do the same. They seem to love making up stories in order not to give you back your deposit!!!
  : Took my deposit of USD 300 claiming I damaged a mattress and the pillow top. The matress has a protective cover so how could this be??? absolutely absurd!!! Thieves and crooks thats what we call these people, PLEASE DO NOT STAY here the resort is also outdated and smell moldy!!!!

  : Beautiful view. Nice rooms. With beautiful decorations.
  : 2 elevators for a tower this big takes you on the long rides up and down the building before you get to your destination stop.check in parking is a nightmare. There was not a hot tub to use and the pool that every one can use this tiny and so they were limiting spots by the pool and due to covid. This is not any reasonable however making us space ourselves 10 ft apart seemed a little ridiculous as we could have had a lot more people enjoying the pool. When you get to valley parking you can keep your keys if you want to and park closer to your floor on five or six. But they will make you believe that is not an option and that you have to give up your keys and then they rushed us to get all of our stuff out of our vehicle so they can move the next people through the line. If this happens to you you just have to go tell them you want to park it yourself even though you may have already done this and made it very clear just try again.
