: The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
: The tv didn’t work in the first room so they moved me. Both rooms were terribly cleaned. There is mold everywhere. All over the ceilings. The doors have rust all over them. Walls have stuff all over them. Someone tried to get in my room in the middle of the night. I had the second lock, a towel pushed up against the bottom of the door, and a table pushed up against the door because it was only my daughter and I and the area was very sketchy. I woke up to the lock pushed open, the towel moved out, and the table pushed back. I went up to the front desk and the lady said it was her? That their computers were down in the middle of the night and it said my room was vacant? Not sure how she saw that if computers were down but there was nothing I could do. It was very expensive and very nasty and disappointing. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Very scary to stay here and I was upset that my daughter had to experience it. Will never ever be back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Very Good

: The room itself was nice
: The elevator went out twice while we were there. One of the times it when out was when we were trying to check out. The other issue we had was The fire alarm went off twice while we were there waking up and scaring our kids.

  : Staff tried to help.
: 2 tv's in the room and both did not work. Half the lights in the room did not work. For 10 minutes I tried to get ice from the ice maker and after 10 minutes I ended up with 3 cubes. Just not a good stay.
