: The location of the unit was convenient.
: Besides the issues with no bathroom or kitchen supplies that was finally taken care of at 9pm, the water in the toliet ran and stopped over and over, about every minute or so, we had no hand towels, 1 washcloth and only 4 bath towels, some of which were tattered and no bath mat. There was nothing to actually put the toliet paper on, no toliet paper holder. Couch is in need of replacement, pretty beat down. They need something besides a broom to get rid of the sand that is constantly tracked in due to the location. The attention to details just seems to be missing.

: The location is secure. There is a parking fee that is required for all guest. The parking fee is determined by the number of night per your visit. There is a great restaurant on the ground within walking distance of your condo. There are several pools as well as hot tubs and volley ball courts with grills on the property grounds as well. The beach is definitely in walking distance about 50 steps from your door. It was the Best! Shopping and attractions are only 25mins away by car on the island
: Being notified ahead of arrival of parking fee.

: Decor was cute, and the kitchen was well equipped. This was great because the closest restaurant was gross at best, and I like spending my money on location, not food. I could have easily fit more people and still have been mostly comfortable.
: The electric desperately needs an upgrade. None of the outlets were up to code. I had to use furniture to keep my tablet and phone charger in the wall. And the outlets in the kitchen were not the correct type. The ceiling fan caused a major racket and was filthy, so I couldn't sleep in the larger bed upstairs. If I had come with more people, this would have been unacceptable. Just me, I made do. The "ocean view" was a joke. Yes, you could see it, but barely. I thought I'd get to hear the ocean, but instead, I was on the very back end of the property. Also, I was supposed to have laundry access, and that was locked tight with a key that I did not have access to.
