  : Location
: Plantation East Unit 3117 - AC doesnt work!!! Shower drain stopped up! Balcony door wont lock and its ground level! Keypad to enter the room doesnt work due to dead battery. I had to call Vacasa to get the code for the lock box to get a key to open it manually. They didnt have the correct code. I guessed the code myself if that tells you how secure it was!!! We had to wait while the room was finished cleaning because it wasnt ready at 4:00 for check in. I called Vacasa and ask to be moved to a different unit 2 hours after arriving. I was told the local Vacasa property manager would be calling me. Its 10:20 pm and havent received a call yet! This is ridiculous! Do NOT book through Vacasa!!! I have stayed in a different condo here in the past with no issue.

: It was clean, well guarded, beach clean, friendly guest. Indoor swimming. The location was ok it was a 20-40 minute drive for fine dinning and entertaining.
: The master bedroom, bed was very high, lighting at night was very bright coming through windows. The toilet would run off and on after flush for about an hour, then periodically through the night. The kiddie pool could have been lit better.
