: It was a very nice house for an awesome price! Very homey and spacious!
: Our whole stay there, there was trash piles all around the trash can and there were broken items in the house when we got there. The grass wasn’t cut and their were weeds everywhere.

: The location was nice and so was the amount of room in the home
: It is in great disrepair. Light switches broken, carpet VERY stained, cabinets broken, broken blinds....too much to list. The very worst part is a fence in the back that is broken---an entire section is on the ground AND a neighboring dog charged after us through the fence. I asked it's owner if it bites...all that she said nervously after she gathered the dog is that the owner of this home should fix the fence. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I did not call the emergency line for the rental company because I would get charged but this could be really bad!!!I rated this poor because of the dog incident and the simple (and inexpensive) repairs that need to happen. We would stay again if things were fixed as it is a nice home.The cleaning fee for a 3 night stay is very high also.

: The home was not finished. Light fixtures and plug fixtures hanging out the wall bunkbed barely put together microwave did not work. Vent above oven did not work. Horrible plumbing pressure in shower. Poor circulation with AC unit for upstairs room. We had to buy fans for most of the room… bc it was to warm for our liking

: Coffee pot didn’t have a pot so we went and bought ourselves one at Walmart for our stay. Outside Trash can was over full so we had to leave out tied trash bag in the back. Upstairs smelt moldy & carpet was nasty. Beds uncomfortable.No good pans to use bought one at Walmart. Knives need sharpened.House needs updated. Overpriced.

: The house wasn’t cleaned very well. My grand babies all had black feet within minutes of walking through the house. Only complaint
