  : Elevator was down, fire alarm went off so we had to vacate at 7 in the morning.

  : Property was very nice. It was clean. Front desk was pleasant.
  : The elevator was broken and we were put on the fourth floor. And a fire drill went off on a Sunday morning at six in the morning. Understood that fire things cannot be prevented however, there was no sort of instructions to the gas as to what was going on and what we needed to do. I feel for this kind of put a damper on the weekend and we felt like somehow we shouldve been compensated in someway for this

  : The beds in both suites were very bad, my daughter and her husband who where in the second suite commented on how horrible their sleep was, we agreed with them as our night was ver difficult as well. The beds were extremely uncomfortable! The air condition would not stay on so the room would heat up then cool down again, not allowing the air temperature to nicely regulate. The phone in our suite did not work, the iron had goop on it so when I tried to iron my shirt for our event I almost ruined my cloths. Then I had to go to the front desk at 6:30 in the morning and the desk clerk was outside smoking no was there to assist with the broken phone or the gooped up iron.
