  : Staff was not friendly and the room lack a lot. Maybe when renovation are done could be ok. Tub in bad shape. Look like mold behind fridge.

  : The staff at the front desk was pleasant.
  : NOTHING was as advertised! Room shown on web page not room at facility. The price quoted with reservation not the price of the room given. They have 7 day pricing, not 9 as booked, except for large additional fee.

  : there wasnt much to like about the place. dirty. swore I seen cockroaches.
  : The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The staff was rude. The general manager, Sunshine, was far from sunny. She had the demeanor of a drill sergeant. we had mail delivered there and the staff opened it and tried to use the debit card enclosed. we were I. a rush to leave and left a few items in the room. Were told a few hours later that they had thrown them away. who does that. not junk items. An expensive Bluetooth speaker that was a gift from my kids for Fathers Day. To top it off, I was charged $70 to reset keycards due to an outdated system. Ridiculous!!!!!!

  : miss sunshine was extremely nice!
  : I had both cockroaches and spiders in my room. The room was not extremely well cleaned so had to clean a little myself. But overall it is an okay room for that price. I did book the more expensive room but when I arrived I got downgraded due to some reason I honestly dont remember. There was a lot of hair (Im blond) and the hair I found was dark. And small red stains on the wall in the bathroom that I cleaned up. the carpet had tiny dark stains, I dont know what it was.

  : Kitchenette is the only positive I have.
  : Claims to have room service once a week and have yet to have anyone come by. The white sheets are stained and there was stuff all over the floors from the guests before myself. They put more effort in enforcing rules than making sure guests are happy.
